How can we help?

Find a challenge in the Challenges tab by category or search, then join from its detail screen. Public challenges don't need a nomination or invite, so you can join right away.

Invite-only challenges can be joined through the invite link the creator shares.

CHALLY PORTER is about showing up every day rather than doing it all at once. By default you can verify once per day per challenge, which keeps streaks and completion rates fair for everyone.

Days are based on your device's time zone.

Participants are compared in this order:

1. Verification count
2. Streak (consecutive days)
3. Completion rate

Likes never affect ranking. The way to climb is to keep verifying, not to collect likes.

Report: tap the … menu on a verification or comment, choose Report, and pick a reason. We review every report within 24 hours, and when something breaks the guidelines we remove it and restrict the account that posted it.

Block: choose Block from the same … menu and you'll no longer see that user's verifications and comments. You can unblock under MY → Settings → Blocked users.

Please check the following:

1. On your iPhone, go to Settings → Notifications → CHALLY PORTER and make sure “Allow Notifications” is on.
2. If a Focus mode (such as Do Not Disturb) is on, make sure CHALLY PORTER is allowed.
3. In the app's notification settings, make sure the notifications you want are turned on.
4. Fully close and reopen the app, or sign out and sign back in.

If it still doesn't work, contact us with your device model and iOS version.

In the app, go to MY → Settings → Delete account.

If you can't access the app, email tunttuntlab2026@gmail.com with the account you signed in with to request deletion.

You can sign in with Apple, Google, or Kakao. CHALLY PORTER is for people aged 14 and over.
