This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the
Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. Purpose and definitions
These Terms set out the conditions for using CHALLY PORTER (the “Service”), an open challenge service provided
by CHALLY PORTER (the “Operator”), and the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.
User: anyone who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service
Challenge: an activity with a set period and goal in which participants build up
verifications
Verification: a photo or video with a caption posted to show you did the challenge
Content: everything a user posts on the Service, including verifications, comments,
challenges, and profile information
2. Effect and changes
These Terms take effect when posted in the Service or on this website and accepted by you when you sign
up. The Operator may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce changes in
the app or on this website at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are
unfavorable or material to users). If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the Service
and delete your account.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. Accounts found to belong to users
under 14 may be restricted and deleted.
4. Your account
You create an account by signing in with Apple, Google, or Kakao, or another
method the Service supports.
Your account is for you only and may not be transferred or lent to others.
Your nickname and profile must not infringe others' rights or impersonate the Operator or official
accounts. The Operator may ask you to change them or restrict them if they do.
If you learn your account has been used without permission, notify the Operator right away.
5. The Service
The Operator provides the following features:
Discovering public challenges and joining without nomination; creating challenges (period, verification
type, goal, visibility)
Photo or video verification (by default, once per day per challenge)
Rankings based on verification count, streak, and completion rate (likes are not counted)
Feed, likes, comments, and notifications
Result cards created and shareable when a challenge ends
Safety features such as reporting and blocking
The Service is provided free of charge.
6. Your content
You keep the rights to the content you post.
You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, transmit, and display
your content to the extent needed to operate the Service, display it, and provide sharing features (such
as result cards). This license is limited to use within the Service and ends when you delete the content
or your account, except where retention is required by law or another user has already shared it.
You must have the right to post your content, and you are responsible for the content you post.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
engage in, promote, or assist illegal activity;
post pornographic or sexual content, or any content that sexualizes minors;
post violent or gory content, or content that encourages self-harm or dangerous behavior;
post hate speech or discriminate based on race, gender, religion, disability, origin, or similar;
harass, insult, threaten, or bully other users;
post spam, advertising, repetitive posts, or malicious links;
impersonate the Operator, official accounts, or other people;
post other people's personal information (faces, contact details, addresses) without consent;
infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
manipulate rankings or records, for example by using others' photos or posting fake verifications, or
abuse the Service with multiple accounts or automated tools;
interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to bypass or attack its security.
8. Reports and moderation
The Operator has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can
report verifications, comments, and more in the app, and block users you don't want to see.
The Operator reviews every report within 24 hours of receiving it. Where a
violation is confirmed, the content is removed and the offending user's access is restricted.
Actions may include hiding or removing content, restricting features, temporary suspension, or permanent
suspension, depending on the severity and whether violations are repeated.
In urgent cases such as illegal content, the Operator may act without prior notice and cooperate with
authorities where necessary.
If you disagree with an action, you can request a review through the contact below.
9. Changes and suspension
The Operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, natural disasters, or other
unavoidable causes. If the Service is shut down, the Operator will announce it in the app or on this
website, at least 30 days in advance where possible.
10. Termination and account deletion
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account in the app under
MY → Settings → Delete account. Deleted accounts and content cannot be restored.
The Operator may terminate this agreement or restrict your use if you seriously or repeatedly violate
these Terms.
Personal information after account deletion is handled as described in the
Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided free of charge and “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee that it will be
uninterrupted or error-free.
The Operator is not responsible for disputes between users, or between users and third parties, arising
from content or challenge activities, unless the Operator acted intentionally or negligently.
You take part in challenge activities (such as exercise, diet, or travel) at your own judgment regarding
your health and safety. The Operator is not responsible for the results unless it acted intentionally or
negligently.
The Operator is not responsible for damage caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters
or outages at infrastructure providers.
None of the above applies to damage caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence, or where
liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will first be resolved through good
faith discussion; if a lawsuit is filed, the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act will have
jurisdiction.

CHALLY PORTER is a place anyone can join. Please follow these principles so everyone can take on challenges
comfortably. These guidelines are part of the Terms of Service.
How we do things here
Verify what you actually did. Your record is proof of your consistency.
Be generous with encouragement, and respectful with criticism.
Get consent before posting photos or videos that include other people.
Put safety ahead of overly ambitious goals.
Content we don't allow
Pornography, sexual content, and any content that sexualizes minors
Violence, gore, or content encouraging self-harm or dangerous behavior
Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, insults, or threats
Spam, advertising, repetitive posts, or scam links
Accounts or posts impersonating the Operator, official accounts, or other people
Other people's personal information or photos posted without consent
Photos, videos, or music that infringe copyright
Using others' photos, fake verifications, or anything else that games the rankings
Any other illegal content
Reporting and blocking
Report: open the … menu → Report on a verification or comment and
choose a reason (inappropriate content, abusive language, advertising, stolen content, spam, or other).
Block: open the … menu → Block on a verification or comment to hide
that user's verifications and comments from your feed and lists. You can unblock under
MY → Settings → Blocked users.
How we moderate
We review reports within 24 hours. If content breaks these guidelines, we remove
or hide it and restrict the account that posted it.
Depending on severity and repetition, we may warn, restrict features, or temporarily or permanently
suspend accounts.
Illegal content is removed immediately, and we cooperate with authorities where necessary.
